  1. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE AWARDS?

    Participating in the awards is easy. All you need to do is fill up the online nomination form , upload the relevant details, and pay the nomination fee.

  2. HOW WILL THE ONSIDE AWARDS HELP IN OUR GROWTH?

    All awardees of ONSIDE Awards are bound to benefit from this recognition. However, it also depends on how you utilize this achievement. With our Publicity Program Support and your appropriate marketing strategy, you can take immense advantage of being a recipient of the ONSIDE Awards. This will exponentially enhance your market recognition and brand recall.

    6. The winners can use the awards logo on all of their stationery, business cards, brochures, leaflets, print advertisements, website and other promotional collaterals.
    7. Comprehensive news coverage of the winners along with photographs shall be published on relevant portals online.
    8. All the winners are entitled to two passes at the gala awards ceremony.

     

  4. HOW CAN I UTILIZE THE OFFICIAL LOGO IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE EXPOSURE AS A PROUD PARTICIPANT?

    Our corporate branding team will guide you for the correct and authorized usage of our logos. This framework will be provided separately to all the winners.

  5. CAN I SUBMIT MY FIRM DETAILS AS A HARD COPY?

    No. Onside Media is emphasizing on the digital format for ease of submission for the participants. You can email the documents to marketing@theonside.com

  6. WHEN CAN OUR COMPANY SEND ITS NOMINATION FOR THE ONSIDE AWARDS?

    The nomination process for all the categories will commence from September 2023 onwards. Please go through all the terms & conditions before submitting your nomination.

    THE LAST DATE for Nominations is November 28, 2023

  7. WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

    All winners will be communicated by email by November 30, 2023.

    The Awards ceremony will be held on November 30, 2023, in Toronto, Canada. 

  8. DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ENTER THE AWARDS?

    There is a nomination fee of CAD$150 + Hst in which you can nominate 1 category.

    In case you wish to nominate in a category not mentioned in the nomination form you can manually fill new category and suggest a jury for consideration.

    NON-REFUNDABLE

    This is the processing fee for the Onside Awards and is non-refundable. If you wish to nominate another category additional charges will be applicable.

  9. CAN ONE COMPANY ENTER IN ALL THE CATEGORIES?

    No. Each company/developer cannot submit more than 6 nomination forms. 

  10. WHAT IF A NOMINEE IS LATE IN PAYING THE NOMINATION FEES AND/OR SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS?

    Each nominee will be reminded twice by the Executive team to pay the nomination fee and/or supporting documents. If still failed to pay then the nomination will be revoked.

  11. WHAT IS THE FURTHER PROCEDURE ONCE OUR COMPANY IS SELECTED FOR THE AWARD?

    All shortlisted winners will have to sign up for the Publicity Programme Package put together by the organisers and make the relevant payment in this regard to be eligible to receive the awards

    Winners in Digital and Dispatch will have to pay CA$3000 + Hst

    Winners in the Technology Category will have to pay CA$4000 + Hst

    All payments shall be in favor of Onside Media, through PAYPAL Only

  12. CAN I PAY DIRECTLY TO WIN AN AWARD?

    No, this is not advisable under any circumstances. Anybody attempting approach any member of the judging panel, to influence a judgement will be permanently disqualified from the awards.

    The awards are all decided by an independent panel of jury. The organisers do not involve themselves in the judging process in any way whatsoever. The judges are all experts in their field. They are participants in the ONSIDE Awards on a voluntary basis and act with the utmost integrity at all times.

  13. WHAT IS THE Publicity Programme Package?

    The Publicity Programme Package put together by Onside Media consists of the wholesome experience of the Awards and the ensuing the right PR mileage for your brand.

    The PR mileage will be achieved by providing each of the award winners with a social media optimized and customized press release, post-event group coverage on the official website, an official event magazine, and a group congratulatory message in the various publications of media partners.

    There will also be an individual photoshoot and video interviews on the occasion.

  14. CAN WE MODIFY/ALTER OUR ENTRY ONCE IT HAS BEEN UPLOADED?

    No. An entry, once uploaded, cannot be changed. Therefore, we recommend that you verify, crosscheck and confirm the information, and other requirements before you start the submission process.

  15. HOW DO WE KNOW THAT OUR ENTRY IS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

    Once you’ve submitted your entry and it has been received by us, we will send you an email acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days.

  16. HOW WILL MY ENTRY BE JUDGED?

    Once we’ve received your form it will go through a due diligence process, where we will check that the information meets the award criteria. You may be asked to submit supporting documentation for your entry. If this is required, we will contact you after you have submitted your entry and our team has reviewed your complete form.

    If your application does not demonstrate that you have met the award criteria, you may be eliminated from further stages in the assessment and judging process. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

  17. WE CAN NOMINATE A PAST AWARDEE? IS THAT ALLOWED?

    Yes.

  18. WILL MY ENTRY BE VISIBLE ONLINE TO OTHERS?

    No. None of the submissions will be visible to anybody else other than the organizing team at ONSIDE MEDIA. Your entry will be kept confidential and only revealed at the award ceremony.

  19. I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE AWARDS CEREMONY, CAN I STILL REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE AWARDS THIS YEAR?

     

    Onside Awards 2023 

    We would like to invite all the winners attend the Gala Awards Night, winners who are not able to attend the ceremony for any reason will be sent their certificate/Award through courier provided they have completed all formalities of nomination including submission of required documents etc. and making the payment of nomination fees as well as Publicity Programme Package applicable to the winners.
